Ordering Process

Step 1

Get a quote! Email your project details, including any photos, drawings, or plans, to our estimating department at quotes@brookscustom.com.

Make sure to include the location of the project, the materials you are requesting, and if you will need our template and installation services. 

Our estimator will review your information and will return a written proposal to you within a few business days. 

Step 2

Once the quote is accepted, we will need a deposit to begin processing the invoice. Our deposit amount is usually 50%, 30% for larger projects. 

At this point, we will schedule a template, if requested.

We offer template and installation services by our staff from Boston to Philadelphia, including the Hamptons and Cape Cod. If you are outside of this area, we can build your top based on your dimensions. We will arrange for safe shipment via common carrier. 

Following the template, or receipt of your dimensions, we will provide shop drawings for your approval. The drawings must be signed and returned before fabrication will begin on your order. 

step 3

Bistro Bar Tops and Tables are the fastest way to get a quality metal product for your job. Most tops are ready in just 3-4 weeks following approved shop drawings. Large orders or complex designs may require additional shop time. 

When your order is complete, we will contact you to arrange a suitable time for installation, and/or confirm delivery details. 

The balance of your order is due prior to installation, shipping, or delivery. 

All of our products arrive ready for installation or final fitting. There is no onsite spraying, sanding, or machining required. 

Our own installation is usually complete in less than one business day.
